Well he defiantly has an uphill battle.  If he is found guilty, you have to kick him out of the NFL.

I think Vick got suspened for 4 games by the owner, and it is believed that Goodell will suspend him for the rest of the season. Im sorry Im not exactly sure, but I believe it's without pay to. Vick is screwed.

Vick has a lot going against him. I don't think he plays for the Falcons ever again. If he's acquitted, he'll play in the NFL... But I don't know if he'll be acquitted. They have tons of evidence against him.

Some team will sign Vick for the 2009 season. He isn't done, just for this season.

I think it ultimately boils down to whether or not he goes to jail
