I hear that Randy Moss is on the trading block, if I was Minnesota I would trade him to Baltimore for Chris McCallister and a second or third round draft choice.
I can't see any team benefitting from a Moss trade. Baltimore does make the most sense because Ray Lewis and Ed Reed will slap him around if he pulls one of his stunts, but Boller will not be able to get Moss the ball.
No matter if Boller cant get him the ball, all of those balls that Boller actually does get on the money, some are dropped by the Ravens awful recievers. Moss wont ever drop those.
Since I get all Steelers games on CBS, I also get a lot of Ravens games because the two teams and cities hate each other. So, I can honestly say I've seen Boller play 12 times last year. He's horrible. His balls aren't on the money. You're right about some of them, but tons of his passes sail out of bounds. Will Moss make Boller a better QB? Yes. Will Moss help the Ravens win or even get to the AFC Championship game? No.
I heard a rumor that the Steelers are trying to acquire Moss. What do you think about that? I cannot see any good coming from a move like that. Why poison Pittsburgh's great chemistry? They need talented defensive backs before anyone like Moss.
Well, Oakland got him. What a fool Al Davis is. I like what Minnesota got out of the deal. They get one of the best young linebackers in the game, as well as the option of drafting Mike Williams, Braylon Edwards or a stud defender.
I totally agree. Its time for the that horse's ass of an owner they have to retire hes already given the NFL a bad enough name.
Do the Raiders just draft or sign everybody that either has a bad attitude or looks like a convict? Warren Sapp, Randy Moss, they used to have Jerry Rice. I would be thinking the world is ending if they ever signed a team player.
So Oakland goes through the terrible season last year for nothing. No draft, no nothing. How stupid can they be? Minnesota made out like a bandit on this deal.
Don't forget about Charles Woodson and Phillip Buchanon. Those are bad guys. And, Bill Romanowski a few years ago. What is Al Davis doing?
Minnesota is in great position for a Super Bowl run in '05. They added a great defensive player, they can replace Moss with Mike Williams or Braylon Edwards, and they have $30 million in cap space. If they spend the money wisely, they can coast into the Super Bowl.
