Vanderbilt - who would've thought Vandy would be 4-1 after 5 weeks of the college football season. No matter who you played, 4-1 is impressive.
Notre Dame - What a good job Charlie Weis has done to this team. They slaughtered Pitt, Washington and Purdue, beat Michigan, and took a strong Michigan State Spartan team to OT. If only ND can beat MSU at home.
Alabama - They laid a whooping against Florida at home. Watch out LSU.
UCLA - They may have got scared by Washington, Nobody thought UCLA could beat OU. Well they did.
Disappointments
Pitt - Pitt sucks. A loss to ND may have been acceptable, but there is no reason to lose to Ohio, Nebraska, and Rutgers. They are the worst team in the Big East.
Oklahoma - What happened to this once proud team? They lsot to TCU and UCLA. Made amends by beating K-State.
Michigan - You lose to ND and Wisconsin, and almost lost to MSU. What happened?
