Yes, the players are overpaye, its to fast-paced, not enough rules, not that big of a fan base, overpriced tickets, and too many games in the seaon. There, i think i covered all of it.
The fact that they lost $220 million in 2002 doesn't help. If the NHL does come back, it'll be with half the teams, which means the talent won't be so dispersed. That won't attract new fans to the game, but at least it'll keep the real hockey fans tuned in.
I think the NHL will go out of business, and then the Canadien Hockey league will be born and Hockey will be right where it belongs IN CANADA! Not in the US!
