The best teaser you can ever do is a 2-team, 7-point teaser. It's the most bang for your buck.

In the NFL, try to find two teams that are favored between -6 and -9.5, so bringing it down seven points means these teams have to win by a FG or less.

I'm looking at Eagles -1.5 and Panthers -2.5. Maybe the Steelers +1.
