Oh, I forgot. These are honest powerrankings I had before this week for every team in the league. Every week I will post my rankings here.

1. GreenBay (1-0) - Looked strong against a Carolina team that looked focused in preseason.

2. Seattle (1-0) - Got a big monkey off their back in the form of a semi-blowout

3. Philadelphia (1-0) - May surprise me, but remember who they were up against.

4. Minnesota (1-0) - If Dallas repeats as #1 Defense, than they will eventually rank #1.

5. New England (1-0) - They did not impress me on Thursday. They have no shot of repeating if they cant stop the run.

6. Tennessee (1-0) - Theyre only behind New England because of the fact New England is the defending champ, looked great on Saturday.

7. Denver (1-0) - Maybe they did get the better end of the trade?

8. Detroit (1-0) - Great job by Mooch rebuilding them in a year.

9. NY Jets (1-0) - Looks like a top 5 Offense, and a top 16 Defense right now.

10. Washington (1-0) - They need to maintain a lead better. But hey! they still looked good.

11. Indianapolis (0-1) - They lost, but they did outplay New England in my oppinion.

12. Atlanta (1-0) - Dumb move implementing the West Coast Offense they should have beat Frisco by more than a two-point conversion.

13. Cleveland (1-0) - Big upset for Cleveland! Pull it off next week in Dallas and they may find themselves #1.

14. Jacksonville (1-0) - You wont go too far in my Powerrankings by a last second touchdown but they were against a very tough Buffalo team on the road.

15. St. Louis (1-0) - If St. Louis tried harder they would win by 32, Bulger isnt showing me anything and Mike Martz will probably cost them about 3 games.

16. Pittsburgh (1-0) - Yea, we beat Oakland with a last second field goal, at home. Yea!

17. Oakland (0-1) - They are on the rise I say they will make some noise and be in the playoff hunt this season.

18. Cincinnati (0-1) - Not sneaking up on people this year will cost them a few wins.

19. Arizona (0-1) - Good effort in St. Louis where it is very tough to win.

20. Kansas City (0-1) - They are leaps and bounds better than Denver and they need to play like it.

21. Dallas (0-1) - They faced a tough opponent, but this game really hurt us. I never thought Id say this but our Defense needs to try and be as good as our Offense.

22. San Diego (1-0) - Amazing upset, but they will be back down to Earth pretty quickly.

23. Carolina (0-1) - Looks like another Super Bowl loser.

24. NY Giants (0-1) - They did better than I expected and theyre still #24, yes thats how bad they are.

25. Chicago (0-1) - Lovie Smith has them on the rise but this definetly wont be the year.

26. Baltimore (0-1) - How dod this happen?! Baltimore may be starring at the AFC North Cellar now, surprisingly.

27. Tampa Bay (0-1) - How far has this team dropped? They are 2 spots behind New York.

28. San Francisco (0-1) - Actually were very good on Sunday, but they are near the bottom in anticipation.

29. Miami (0-1) - Probably would be in the Top Ten with a big win over Tennessee, if it werent for Ricky Williams being so selfish.

30. Buffalo (0-1) - They may have been close but points dont matter, Ws and Ls do, and right now it looks like they will have alot more Ls than Ws.

31. New Orleans (0-1) - They werent even competitive at home, against a terrible road team!

32. Houston (0-1) - There is absolutely no excuse for losing to the exact same team that was the worst in Football last year.

Week 2 has shocked me. As you could have expected my #1 has changed, while Green Bay has slided and is no longer in the Top Ten.

1. Seattle (2-0) - They have just gone into a .500 team last year, and the Super Bowl Champs from 2 years ago's houses and not just beat 'em, but spanked 'em!

2. New Engand (2-0) - #17 for the Champs. Now all they need is revenge. I say they get it.

3. Philadelphia (2-0) - a big win for Philadelphia who has an early lead in a very tough NFC East division

4. New York Jets (2-0) - How much difference does a Quarterback make? New York and Atlanta are in the Top Five.

5. Atlanta (2-0) - There games are too close, but Michael Vick not only looks like he is back to normal, but looks like he's better than he used to be. 100 yards for a Quarterback is unheard of.

6. Detroit (2-0) - The Lions look like the dominant team in the NFC North right now. Quite an accomplishment for Mooch to take cellar dwellers to the top of the mountain in such a short period of time.

7. Indianapolis (1-1) - Just like Ive said in the past, the New England lit a fire under the Colts who will now go on a very long winning streak.

8. Minnesota (1-1) - Daunte Culpepper must stop fumbling. But Minnesota still looks good. Unless this loss puts a block in their minds.

9. Jacksonville (2-0) - You cant argue against results, and Jacksonville is getting it done, which is very surprising to me. I cant wait till they play Tennessee to decide the runner up for the AFC South.

10. Chicago (1-1) - Welcome back to the Top Ten. The first time youve seen in a LONG time.

11. Tennessee (1-1) - They are not as good as everyone (especially Walt) said they were but theyre still good. Not neccessarilly playoff good, but good nonetheless.

12. Green Bay (1-1) - What a terrible way to make a big win meaningless. They are where they thought they would be at this time, just lost to different teams.

13. Carolina (1-1) - This team is totally unpredictable. They win when theyre supposed to lose and lose when theyre supposed to win.

14. Dallas (1-1) - Looks like another wildcard weekend for Dallas, who was hoping for a bye.

15. Cincinnati (1-1) - How sad is it that the best team in a division is ranked 15th, I say pretty sad. They struggled to beat a puchover Dolphins team.

16. Baltimore (1-1) - 2nd best is not far away. I still think they will win the division, but Cincinnati looks better at this point.

17. St. Louis (1-1) - They lost big in Atlanta, but noone really thought they would win that game, did they?

18. New Orleans (1-1) - They look like they will have about 3 less wins than last year.

19. NY Giants (1-1) - Not a big believer in them but right now I have to put them ahead of Washington.

20. Washington (1-1) - How do you expect them to win with Patrick Ramsey as Quarterback. I know he has the Spurrier excuse, but Spurrier aint there no more and he still aint performin'.

21. Denver (1-1) - I should probably rank them higher, but I just dont see them as a great team.

22. Oakland (1-1) - It pretty sucks to win and drop 5 spots, but Im still a believer in them.

23. Cleveland (1-1) - They are one win better off than they thought they would be right now so they cant complain, but theyre just not very good. 3 picks in a row, how do they respond by throwing 3 picks in arow themselves.

24. Arizona (0-2) - They are looking good. Realize theyre 0-2, but theyve played in St. Louis and at homw against New England so far so dont count them out, yet.

25. Tampa Bay (0-2) - They have to have doubts about Jon Gruden after this tumble.

26. San Diego (1-1) - Welcome back to the Bottom Ten! Weve missed you.

27. Pittsburgh (1-1) - Good luck next year.

28. Kansas City (0-2) - How did this happen! This time last year they were #2 on my list, now theyve lost in Denver, and at home against a weak Panthers team. It will be at least 2 weeks before they will be .500 again and that is one quarter of the season already over. This has to hurt.

29. Miami (0-2) - It has to be a crushing blow for the Defense to play so well and still lose.

30. San Francisco (0-2) - They really are playing their hearts out, they cant play any better than that in my oppinion and they still lost. TWICE!

31. Buffalo (0-2) - At this time last year they were 1, and now theyve fallen 30 spots. Mike Mularkey could be the first head coach in the History of the NFL to be fired without ever winning a game.

32. Houston (0-2) - The way theyve been playing its hard to believe that theyre only 0-2. It looks like theyre 0-12.

2004 is the year of the upset, Ive never seen so many shockers in my whole life.

1. Seattle (3-0) - Is there any question that they are the best in the NFC West? Possibly even the entire NFL.

2. Philadelphia (3-0) - They needed a big road win in Detroit to move past New England and they did it.

3. New England (2-0) - If they beat Miami twice last year surely they can beat Buffalo?

4. Indianapolis (2-1) - With a win in Jacksonville next week the Colts could steal first place in the AFC South.

5. NY Jets (2-0) - People have been forgetting about them. I havent.

6. Jacksonville (3-0) - The win over Tennessee pretty much secures a playoff spot for the new cardiac cats.

7. Atlanta (3-0) - Michael Vick has completely turned them around. Carolina comes to town for an early very important game.

8. Detroit (2-1) - They are not as good as I thought they were, but they could still be this year's Dallas.

9. Minnesota (2-1) - They look focused, and now are going to give Green Bay and Detroit a run for their money.

10. Dallas (2-1) - That was a big win in Washington for Dallas, who gets a week to prepare for slaughtering the Giants.

11. Baltimore (2-1) - What happened in Cleveland? Looks like Baltimore will win the easiest division in football again.

12. New Orleans (2-1) - If the Saints played like that when they have Duce McCallister, they would be a playoff team every year.

13. NY Giants (2-1) - Dont get too excited Giants fans, remember what happened when you played a good team. But you have already equalled Walt's prediction for your wins this season.

14. Pittsburgh (2-1) - Its not that tough to win when youre playing easy team.

15. Oakland (2-1) - Rich Gannon's injury was a blessing in disguise for Oakland.

16. Denver (2-1) - Why was it so hard to beat San Diego?

17. Green Bay (1-2) - They were in this spot last year and rebounded, but with a tougher division, it will be much more difficult this year.

18. Carolina (1-1) - John Fox needs a gameplan to beat Michael Vick or the Panthers will not be in first for a long time.

19. Tennessee (1-2) - Theyve now dropped TWO Divisional Home Games, that has to hurt them.

20. Cincinnati (1-2) - Fraud. Just like I told everyone they didnt sneak up on Baltimore this year.

21. Chicago (1-2) - They were stubborn against Minnesota, boy have they improved!

22. Washington (1-2) - It wont be easy for Washington to climb out of a two game whole in the NFC East.

23. St. Louis (1-2) - Mike Martz has to be the worst coach in the NFL, he costs them about 2 or 3 games every friggin year.

24. Cleveland (1-2) - The NFC East tour continues next week as they play Washington, Ive said they will go 0-4 against the league's toughest division.

25. Arizona (0-3) - Bill Parcells, Lovie Smith, Joe Gibbs, and Dennis Green have all made huge differences for their teams.

26. San Diego (1-2) - Wow. They are really doing much better than I thought they would.

27. Houston (1-2) - How do you lose to San Diego at home, and win in Arrowhead, they are very unpredictable.

28. Tampa Bay (0-3) - Doesnt get much worse than a good ald slaughtering against Oakland.

29. Buffalo (0-2) - Before last year, Buffalo was dominated by the Pats. Lets see if they can do it again this year.

30. Miami (0-3) - How can a Defense be so good, but the Offense be so bad?

31. Kansas City (0-3) - They are going to start 0-5, they will never be able to climb out of that whole. What is going on?

32. San Francisco (0-3) - As I was contemplating, who is worse Frisco or KC. I realized that Kansas City is more competitive than this team. If there was one Niner team to get shutout since 1984 or what ever it was, this would be the team.

16. Denver (2-1) - Why was it so hard to beat San Diego?

After all that talk about Quentin Griffin being the next great Denver running back, he carried the ball 12 times for 7 yards and fumbled once. Give the Chargers credit - they shut down the run.

27. Houston (1-2) - How do you lose to San Diego at home, and win in Arrowhead, they are very unpredictable.

That's a good point. I didn't think about that.

Heres your Week 4 Rankings

1. Seattle (3-0) - People forget since it is their bye but so far they have dominated every opponent.

2. Philadelphia (4-0) - Looks like Andy Reid knew what he was doing getting TO and Kearse and letting the corners go.

3. New England (3-0) - New England is in the record books, now the only team standing in their way is the record holder.... The "great" Miami Dolphins.

4. Indianapolis (3-1) - Im ready to already put this team in the AFC Championship.

5. Atlanta (4-0) - The Falcons now have this year what Carolina had on the NFC South this year, a stranglehold.

6. NY Jets (3-0) - I can only hope they will show the Jets/Pats game in Dallas in a few weeks.

7. Jacksonville (3-1) - This loss cant put them down theyve have already accompolished so much.

8. Minnesota (2-1) - You have to put them in the mix, but I still am predicting a meltdown.

9. Dallas (2-1) - Dallas will get a true test next week against the very surprising New York Giants.

10. Detroit (2-1) - All they need is patience. If they have it, theyre in the playoffs.

11. NY Giants (3-1) - Unbelievable. There pencil-ins as playoff contenders now.

12. Denver (3-1) - Denver can be on their way to another AFC West title, anyway it looks like that now.

13. San Diego (2-2) - This is unbelievable they are really making me salt my words and eat em.

14. Kansas City (1-3) - Theyve finally started their season. One can only wonder if it is too late.

15. Houston (2-2) - David Carr gets hair out of his eyes much quicker than he probably thought.

16. Pittsburgh (3-1) - Big Ben sure doesnt look like a rookie.

17. Oakland (2-2) - Norv Turner is doing a terrific job with the silver and black I really dont think they can do any better than this.

18. Cleveland (2-2) - Dont get too happy dawgs, you are still in for a cellar season. Washington just gave you an early Christmas present.

19. Baltimore (2-2) - The Ravens cannot afford to keep Kyle Boller he is starting to coast them games.

20. Chicago (1-3) -  Boy, they had Philadelphia on their toes. Lovie Smith will have them in the playoffs very soon.

21. Cincinnati (1-3) - Carson Palmer and Kyle Boller are just some more Draft prospect disappointments.

22. Arizona (1-3) - Way to go, Emmitt. Everyone here in Dallas is really proud of you.

23. Carolina (1-2) - The Superbowl losers need to get it on track quick, or they will go back to being the typical Panthers.

24. New Orleans (2-2) - Typical Saints too. Win in St. Louis, get slaughtered in Arizona they dont make sense.

25. St. Louis (2-2) - If the St. Louis media told Mike Martz to jump off a cliff (which they probably want to) I wonder if he would do it?

26. Tennessee (1-3) - The panic button has been pushed officially for the team, if they lose McNair for too long they will definetly be in the cellar.

27. Green Bay (1-3) - When did they win in Carolina, was that when Lombardi was coach?

28. Washington (1-3) - Even though I hate the Redskins I sincerely like Joe Gibbs. But I think he doesnt know how to use challenges.

29. Buffalo (0-3) - They were actually much better against the champs than I figured.

30. Miami (0-4) - Wanny may be gone by Halloween.

31. Tampa Bay (0-4) - Gruden has absolutely murdered them. They are becoming the Raiders. That is typically very bad.

32. San Francisco (0-4) - Look on the bright side, you only lost by 18.

Sheesh. Week 5 has shown us, who's the real deal and who is fake,The G-Men have taken a huge leap while Seattle and Atlanta have fallen really far down.

1. New England (4-0) - You have to put a team that has won 19 straight at number one.

2. Philadelphia (4-0) - After watching New York and Detroit lately, it makes it even more impressive that the Eagles totally dominated every phase of the game against both of them.

3. Indianapolis (4-1) - Peyton may be staring at a 15 game winning streak at the end of the season. But whether they are 15-1, or 10-6 they have to beat New England or pray for someone else to do the dirty work.

4. NY Jets (4-0) - They are for real. They had no business only winning by one, but they still won and dont forget they are tied with New England for the AFC East.

5. Minnesota (3-1) - Some may say it was just Houston, but Houston almost beat New England, Tennessee, and Indianapolis last year and they are better so winning in Houston is quite an accompolishment.

6. NY Giants (4-1) - Okay they are for real. Everyone forgot about them because of last year, but this is the same team that made the Super Bowl in 2000, only with a better Quarterback.

7. Detroit (3-1) - Take that! You dont look beyond these Lions who by the way have a 2 game road winning streak.

8. Denver (4-1) - Im not a big believer, but the number one defense usually makes the playoffs, and Denver showed us their depth at Runningback.

9. Atlanta (4-1) - Atlanta may be staring at a mediocre 10-6 record and 4th seed if this keeps up.

10. Pittsburgh (4-1) - San Diego, Oakland, and New York may be scratching their heads this year, thinking "We could have had Roethlinsberger."

11. St. Louis (3-2) - Wow. So much for a run away division St. Louis may steal it again.

12. Seattle (3-1) - If the Hawks get swept by St. Louis you can bet the Holmgren era is over.

13. San Diego (3-2) - Maybe if the Chargers threatened Brees every week, he would be the MVP?

14. Jacksonville (3-2) - Theyre coming back to Earht pretty quickly, but this time last year they were 0-5.

15. Kansas City (1-3) - Look out Kansas City, San Diego, Oakland, and Denver are all out to get you, and you arent responding well.

16. Baltimore (3-2) - Losing Lewis will hurt, but if the Defense and Special Teams get a touchdown every week they may not need him.

17. Houston (2-3) - They arent going down without a fight, a team like this can never be counted out.

18. Dallas (2-2) - That game may have just cost us the playoffs.

19. Chicago (1-3) - See Houston, they are the same.

20. Tennessee (2-3) - The smackdown in Green Bay may give them momentum, because they avoid elimination for one more week.

22. Cincinnati (2-2) - I told you they are not that good.

23. Cleveland (2-3) - Garcia aint that good without TO, huh?

24. Oakland (2-3) - Losing is one thing, giving up is another the Raiders have been giving up recently.

25. Washington (1-4) - Joe Gibbs may be impeaced before his full second term is complete.

26. Carolina (1-3) - They have to be the dumbest team in football, the way they just give games away. Sound familiar?

27. Tampa Bay (1-4) - Gruden finally made the right choice, and now Tampa will probably begin to contend again.

28. San Francisco (1-4) - Wow, they actually will avoid being swept by ARIZONA!

29. New Orleans (2-3) - I used to think Walt was too hard on Jim Haslett, but for letting your team go like this he has to be fired.

30. Green Bay (1-4) - It is hard to believe that at one time they were #1.

31. Buffalo (0-4) - Actually a pretty solid effort in New York. But boy do I look forward to their first rounder!

32. Miami (0-5) - They werent even good enough to protect the record. Thanks for ruining it, Ricky!

1. New England (5-0) - Noone can touch them right now. They will have a big game next week, lets see if they can be a little more powerful than they were against Indy.

2. Philadelphia (5-0) - Everyone is in Philadelphia's smoke right now. But remember that Defense win championships.

3. Indianapolis (4-1) - Colts are charging ahead. But they have to win next week against Jacksonville to wrap up the South. As I said for Philly though, Defense wins championships.

4. New York Jets (5-0) - Pennington must make even MORE difference than Michael Vick does on a team.

5. Minnesota (4-1) - I have to give it to Daunte Culpepper, you have the right to rub it in people's face when youre that good!

6. Denver (5-1) - It was competitive for about 5 minutes. What a way to whoop a bitter rival.

7. St. Louis (4-2) - All of the sudden, the Rams look poised to shock the Hawks.

8. New York Giants (4-1) - Lets see if some of their luck wore off during the bye.

9. Pittsburgh (5-1) - Miami, Cincinnati, Cleveland big deal right? Anyone could beat them. A win in Dallas just let everyone know that this Pittsburgh team is for real.

10. Jacksonville (4-2) - They are really a force much more powerful than I ever imagined.

11. Atlanta (5-1) - I think Dave Campo could have done a better job in Atlanta than Jim Mora.

12. San Diego (3-3) - With Keenan McCardell, the Chargers could 'charge' to a playoff appearrance.

13. Detroit (3-2) - How do you win in Atlanta, and get killed at home against Green Bay.

14. Houston (3-3) - The win in Tennessee is symblism that Houston is ready to compete in this league.

15. Baltimore (3-2) - Pittsburgh is running away with the division, so in order to bring it back to Baltimore, all of the sudden the Ravens have to sweep Pittsburgh.

16. Seattle (3-2) - At the end of the season, we may be looking at the Rams game as a franchise-changing loss.

17. Cleveland (3-3) - I spoke way too soon about Garcia. He played great on Sunday.

18. Tampa Bay (1-5) - They may have lost but Gruden made a great move getting Griese in there. Could you see them scoring 21 points in St. Louis with Brad Johnson at quarterback.

19. Dallas (2-3) - Right now it looks like a quiet January in Dallas.

20. Washington (2-4) - Finally! I hate the Redskins, and I felt sorry for them.

21. Cincinnati (1-4) - I told you at the beginning, the Bungles are totally overrated.

22. Tennessee (2-4) - Wow, Titans are probably finishing 0-6 in the AFC South, that has to hurt.

23. Green Bay (2-4) - I am not even going to comment on the Packers.

24. Oakland (2-4) - Conditional 7th rounder! That was a sucky trade for the Raiders.

25. Carolina (1-5) - Gotta give Walt his props, he didnt buy it.

26. Kansas City (1-4) - Very disappointing this year.

27. Chicago (1-4) - They arent winning this year. But Im still a big supporter of Lovie Smith.

28. New Orleans (2-4) - The city of New Orleans is probably praying the Saints move to LA.

29. Arizona (1-4) - At least they wont be last anymore.

30. Buffalo (1-4) - I am salivating for that 1st rounder.

31. San Francisco (1-5) - At least they wont be winless.

32. Miami (0-6) - I think this is the worst Miami Dolphins team I have seen in my lifetime.

I guess I forgot to post my Rankings last week. Well here are the week 7 Rankings and after that I will post Week 8. These are my exact quotes from my notebook.

1. New England (6-0) - I am convinced the champs are going 16-0.

2. Philadelphia (6-0) - I hate to put people so insecure that they have to tear down signs so high up, but they have earned it.

3. Minnesota (5-1) -  Right now, I dont see them melting down, but I didnt see them melting down last year, either.

4. Jacksonville (5-2) - Jags brought the road to the AFC South Crown back through Jacksonville.

5. NY Jets (5-1) - I would consider it a moral victory too. No shame in coming that close in Foxboro.

6. Pittsburgh (5-1) - They have rolled over some teams, but now they get the team to beat.

7. Indianapolis (4-2) - How could they let it slip away!?

8. Detroit (4-2) - I think Detroit clinched a playoff spot, for now at least.

9. Denver (5-2) - YOU GOT KILLED BY THE BENGALS!!!!! I smell a pretender.

10. Atlanta (5-2) - What happened to that "great Atlanta Defense".

11. San Diego (4-3) - I am officicially naming them a contender.

12. NY Giants (4-2) - Detroit has exposed their weaknesses, now it is up to Coach Parcells to exploit them for us to win a crucial season finale.

13. Houston (3-3) - My pre season prediction of the playoffs is looking better than I thought.

14. Green Bay (3-4) - I think it would have been nice to sit on the lead at 34!

15. Baltimore (4-2) - With every Pittsburgh win the playoffs slip farther and farther away. As I said last week, they will have to sweep the Steelers to win the North.

16. Dallas (2-4) - I thought Bill would never let us lose three in a row, hopefully we will win next week, and rebound.

17. Cleveland (3-4) - You have to tip your hats to them. They almost stole one from the Eagles.

18. Kansas City (2-4) - Where did this Offense come from? I guess they are making up for their dreadful performance lately.

19. St. Louis (4-3) - They go from the best in football to the worst in football.

20. Arizona (2-4) - Emmitt just keeps on rolling. Bring it up so high nobody will ever break it, Emmitt!

21. Cincinnati (2-4) - I think Cincinnati fans will be satisfied if that is their last win of the season.

22. Seattle (3-3) - Holy Crap! They have gone in 3 weeks from #1 to #22.

23. Washington (2-4) - The Hogs may have eaten all the wins they can from Joe Gibbs.

24. Tampa Bay (2-5) - The Bucs have gotten on track, but too little, too late I say.

25. New Orleans (2-4) - They are bipolar, much like the Rams. Who it seems they beat ages ago.

26. Tennessee (2-5) - How can a team and a quarterback go so bad?

27. Oakland (2-5) - They fooled me. I guess Tom Coughlin knew what he was doing firing Collins for Warner.

28. Carolina (1-5) - Oh my God! They lost to the Chargers at home.

29. Buffalo (1-5) - This is great! Were gonna have a top 4 pick!

30. Miami (1-6) - Where did Miami's offense come from!

31. Chicago (1-5) - They cant beat anyone but the Packers!

32. San Francisco (1-5) - How has this franchise been demolished so fast!

OK, here is Week 8.

1. Pittsburgh (6-1) - Who would have thought that a ROOKIE would end the Patriot's 21 game winning streak.

2. Philadelphia (7-0) - Next week is the battle of Pennslvania, lets see if a ROOKIE can clip the Eagle's wings.

3. New England (6-1) - Congratulations on the streak, but I think if they would have properly prepared, right now the streak would stand at 22. But I am relieved that instead of a one team league, it is now a 32 team league again.

4. NY Jets (6-1) - The Jets may force the NFL into changing the playoff format to where wildcards can be above division winners with a worse record.

5. Atlanta (6-2) - See what happens when Michael Vick obandons the West Coast Offense. Falcons get a big W.

6. Houston (4-3) - Now I am REALLY pleased with my prediction for Houston to make the playoffs.

7. San Diego (5-3) - If I were the Chargers, at this point in time I would keep Drew Brees and trade Phillip Rivers.

8. NY Giants (5-2) - What makes the Giants dominate the Vikings? Every year it seems Minnesota is a better team and the G-Men annihlate them.

9. Green Bay (4-4) - Could anyone imagine the Packers climbing out of the hole again!

10. Jacksonville (5-3) - They need to watch themselves because giving up these divisional games will not sit well, when they are looking for a playoff spot.

11. Kansas City (3-4) - Now that they have realized the season is on they are in a 2 1/2 game hole in the West.

12. Indianapolis (4-3) - I think it is harder to allow 45 points, than it is not to allow 45 points.

13. Baltimore (4-3) - Baltimore is a good team, but they cant win a pushover division any more. If they want the playoffs they have to steal a wildcard spot from the Jets, Indy, Jacksonville, Houston, Kansas City, Denver, or San Diego. It looks like the odds are against them.

14. Dallas (3-4) - Finally! I didnt think we wouild ever win again!

15. Denver (5-3) - I knew that this would happen.

16. Detroit (4-3) - Whew. I like Detroit, but you know I was rooting against them and they scared me last week.

17. Minnesota (5-2) - Do they just enter panic mode every year at this time?

18. Cleveland (3-4) - Browns have to be happy with how they are performing so far.

19. St. Louis (4-3) - Maybe Mike Martz had enough time over the bye to decide whether he would run or pass.

20. Seattle (4-3) - Wouldnt you know the Panthers would give Seattle their first win in 4 games.

21. Tampa Bay (2-5) - Well, Bucs cant say they didnt have momentum if they cant salvage their season together.

22. New Orleans (3-4) - I think my comments so far speak for themselves. The go up and down.

23. Cincinnati (2-5) - I am telling you Walt, Marvin Lewis is not that good.

24. Tennessee (3-5) - I think Walt knows what I was talking about when I said Tennessee wont make the playoffs now.

25. Chicago (2-5) - Well, someone had to win.

26. Washington (2-5) - Washington will have to win all of their remaining games to catch up with my expectations. What a bust.

27. Buffalo (2-5) - Boy the Bills exploded on Sunday.

28. Arizona (2-5) - As Walt said they are usually competitive getting blown up was very odd.

29. Oakland (2-6) - One Kerry lost this week, it looks like sometime later in the season this one will too.

30. Carolina (1-6) - What a disgraceful follow up for their great season last year. What happens to Super Bowl losers?

31. Miami (1-6) - Well, that momentum from St. Louis didnt last long.

32. San Francisco (1-6) - What a disgrace to this franchis that they couldnt beat Chicago. The Niners are not going to win another game.

Well the first half of the season is over for everybody now, here is my take on Week 9NINE!.

1. Pittsburgh (7-1) - Noone is even close right now. Not even competitive. They have demolished the 2 "best" teams in the league.

2. New England (7-1) - After the Eagles game their 34-20 loss @ Pittsburgh isnt looking as bad right now.

3. Philadelphia (7-1) - It has finally happened. Hopefully now the Eagles will melt down with To back to his old ways!

4. Atlanta (6-2) - After hard concideration, overall I think they are better than the Colts right now.

5. Indianapolis (5-3) - Why didnt they try to get a defense? Its not like they had no choice they could have attempted John Lynch or someone?

6. San Diego (6-3) - How?! They didnt change any players from last year and now they are the hottest team in the league.

7. Baltimore (5-3) - It concerns me that they are struggling to beat teams like Cleveland.

8. Jacksonville (5-3) - They may have to fight Baltimore for a wildcard spot and right now, I think Baltimore would win.

9. New York Jets (6-2) - What Happened? If they lose to Buffalo with Chad Pennington, no telling how they will do with Quincy "not a starter" Carter.

10. Denver (6-3) - Houston was not a challenge for them. They may actually be for real.

11. New York Giants (5-3) - It was Chicago! C-H-I-C-A-G-O!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12. Minnesota (5-3) - Do you smell a meltdown? I do.

13. St. Louis (4-4) - Next week will decide do or die for them.

14. Seattle (5-3) - Next week is a must win for the slumping Hawks.

15. Houston (4-4) - They have bipolar tendencies, which are unexplainable by any means.

16. Green Bay (4-4) - Dont even play and they drop 7 spots. Well sorry, but other teams were impressive this week. Make it up by beating the Vikes.

17. Tampa Bay (3-5) - I bet people at ESPN are kicking themselves for saying Brian Griese is a bad QB.

18. Kansas City (3-5) - How have they turned so bad!? They stood still in the off-season.

19. Arizona (3-5) - They arent great but to tell y the truth if we played them right now I think they would win.

20. Cincinnati (3-5) - Well. I wont ever overlook them again.

21. Dallas (3-5) - No comment.

22. Detroit (4-4) - I have no honest idea how we beat them.

23. Cleveland (3-5) - Though they have a losing record, if I was a brownie-fan I would be happy with their progress so far this year.

24. Chicago (3-5) - I hope theyre not that good when we play them.

25. Buffalo (3-5) - Nothing went good for the Cowboys last week. We got creamed and Buffalo won. It pretty much sucks for you when the best thing you can hope for in a week is that another team loses too.

26. Washington (3-5) - This year may be like '01 & '02 when we swept the Redskins and still finished behind them in the standings.

27. Oakland (3-6) - Finally a win! They were making me look like I was drunk when I wrote that they would win the AFC West.

28. New Orleans (3-5) - Walt will probably get his wish this year of Jim Haslett's head on a platter.

29. Tennessee (3-5) - Yes theyre only 3-5 but they're the weakest 3-5 I have ever seen. 0-3 in Divisional Games. All 3 at home.

30. Miami (1-8) - Dave Wannstedt is a good guy, I kind of hate to see him go but the Dolphins had no choice but to fire him.

31. Carolina (1-7) - Another team that made me look drunk when I was writing my predictions. But really I dont think anyone thought they would be this bad.

32. San Francisco (1-7) - Knowing this front office they will probably give Dennis Erickson a contract extension.

Im really late on this one. But hey here is last week's rankings and I will post this weeks tomorrow. Here is the Week 10 Rankings, it is much easier now that everyone has played the same amount of games.

1. Pittsburgh (8-1) - It looks like they can beat mediocre teams also.

2. New England (8-1) - They can rack up a 15-1 record, but home or not they have to beat Indianapolis and Pittsburgh on rout to a third ring in four years, I think it is too much to overcome.

3. Philadelphia (8-1) - They will win the NFC this year, but they wont win the Superbowl, the AFC is too strong.

4. Indianapolis (6-3) - Same as New England, they are a good team but the odds are against them in that conference.

5. Atlanta (7-2) - Atlanta actually has a shot against Philly if the game is in Atlanta.

6. Green Bay (5-4) - I see another miracle comeback season in the works.

7. Baltimore (6-3) - Baltimore is poised to actually claim a playoff spot in a very tough conference, they must really be for real.

8. San Diego (6-3) - It is a given that they will get into the playoffs, but I dont think the Super Chargers will be able to stay in the game for very long against Baltimore, Indy, Ne, and Pitt.

9. Jacksonville (6-3) - They are good, but they wont win the AFC South without being able to play the Colts anymore.

10. Denver (6-3) - If they hope to go anywhere this year they need to prove themselves by sweeping the Chargers.

11. St. Louis (5-4) - How is it that the only week they come to play is an intra division game, they are the Atlanta Braves of football.

12. New York Jets (6-3) - 2 losses in a row exposes the frauds.

13. Seattle (5-4) - They have some ground to make up because they wont win the wildcard.

14. New York Giants (5-4) - I beleve that Jim Fassel or not the Giants are still the same old Giants.

15. Minnesota (5-4) - Much like the Packers will always have a strong finish, it seems they will always have a weak finish.

16. Tampa Bay (4-5) - How did Brad Johnson win the Super Bowl? The Bucs are 4-1 without him.

17. Cincinnati (4-5) - With this surge, their true test will be next week against bitter rival Pittsburgh.

18. Detroit (4-5) - Walt and me are looking really bad for our picks for them to make the playoffs.

19. Chicago (4-5) - Who would have thought that they would be 4-5 in Week 10, I sure didnt.

20. New Orleans (4-5) - New Orleans, sorry to put you down, but it is not that big of an accompolishment to beat Kansas City this year.

21. Arizona (4-5) - Only one game out of first place that is amazing, and it would be great to see Emmitt in the playoffs again.

22. Houston (4-5) - Dom Capers needs to be fired. You can tell alot from a team by how they react to pressure. Houston was 4-3 and tied for first place in the AFC South and they respond by losing 2 straight, I think that is as bad as you.

23. Kansas City (4-5) - They have lost several games they should have won. Houston, Denver, New Orleans, Tampa Bay.... if they would have won those games they would be 8-1 right now and in first place.

24. Dallas (3-6) - I am starting to believe my friends (Packers, Patriots, Texans, and Steelers fans) when they call us the Dallas Dough-boys or the Dallas Cow-girls.

25. Tennessee (3-6) - See what I meant when I said they are bad, Walt.

26. Oakland (3-6) - They are my Tennessee. I guess Kerry Collins cant win without the good Defense and okay O-Line of the Giants.

27. Cleveland (3-6) - Campo is about to become the head coach, that is something that should really scare Browns fans.

28. Washington (3-6) - I believe that if Spurrier's future team, South Carolina played Washington right now, SC would win.

29. Buffalo (3-6) - I have to admit they are getting better but they still suck.

30. Carolina (2-7) - I knew that they would beat San Francisco, because if everyone tried then everyone should beat San Francisco by 42 points.

31. Miami (1-8) - Here is your 1st place team! Yes that is right, 1st team eliminated from the playoffs.

32. San Fransisco (1-8) - I take great pride in the fact that we are 3-6, AND STILL BETTER THAN SAN FRANSISCO!!!!!!!

Week Eleven

1. Pittsburgh (9-1) - Well, if you want a team that had no expectations and performed heres your team.

2. New England (9-1) - They are a dynasty, but you cant say that they are #1.

3. Philadelphia (9-1) - Who would have thought that the NFC East would be the first division clinched.

4. Indianapolis (7-3) - Jacksonville giving up that game against Tennessee just handed Indy the division on a platter.

5. Atlanta (8-2) - Their job for the rest of the season is NFC Championship spoiler, just prepare for that game.

6. Baltimore (7-3) - If they defeat Pittsburgh again, they may actually win homefield advantage.

7. Green Bay (6-4) - Great game. That was supposed to be a trap game, and Favre didnt fall for it.

8. San Diego (7-3) - Who would have thunk that they would even get 7 wins!

9. Denver (7-3) - They need to stay on their toes, because San Diego is pushing down their throats.

10. New York Jets (7-3) - Looks like Quincy is picking off when he left off, and thats not a good thing.

11. Seattle (6-4) - How can they get swept by their biggest competitor and STILL LEAD THE DIVISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12. Jacksonville (6-4) - Im smelling a Minnesota-esk ending.

13. Minnesota (6-4) - They have a big game this Sunday, if the Jags beat them and Green Bay beats St. Louis, they will be in a rather large hole.

14. St. Louis (5-5) - How can they sweep their division rivals and still trail in the division?! How!?

15. Tampa Bay (4-6) - The Surge has stopped, so lets see how they perform against a hot Carolina team.

16. New York Giants (5-5) - They have the oppurtunity to live another day in the division, I wouldnt hold my breath though.

17. Arizona (4-6) - Im really proud of Dennis Green that in only one year he has turned the laughing stock of the league into a contender.

18. New Orleans (4-6) - I think the Saints will surge if Jim Haslett is fired this weekend.

19. Cincinnati (4-6) - They actually did a really good job against Pittsburgh.

20. Chicago (4-6) - If they beat us on Turkey Day, I may not watch any more football in my life.

21. Houston (4-6) - They did good against the hottest team in football, but you cant give big games away like that.

22. Tennessee (4-6) - Well they survived round one of their division survival fight, lets see if they can work it out in round two in Houston.

23. Kansas City (3-7) - There is not enough time for moral victories, Dick Vermeil. Your team is about to be eliminated from the playoffs.

24. Dallas (3-7) - They are breaking my heart!!!!!!!!!!

25. Detroit (4-6) - What a bust. Joey Harrington has to get Walt's M.U.P award.

26. Cleveland (3-7) - It seems like 4 years ago that they were 3-3 and forcing overtime against Philadelphia.

27. Oakland (3-7) - I do believe that Oakland should have picked Roethlinsberger in last year's draft.

28. Carolina (3-7) - They are surging but at this time last year, Oakland had the same record, so it is nothing to brag about.

29. Buffalo (3-7) - Maybe Buffalo could get a new QB with their first round draft pick. Oh Yeah, WE HAVE IT!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

30. Washington (3-7) - In the 70's when it always came down to the Cowboys and Redskins, who would have thought that in 2004 after 10 games both teams would be 3-7.

31. Miami (1-9) - If I was Dave Wannstedt I would have ran away too.

32. San Fransisco (1-9) - It sais something really bad about the NFC, that a team that is 1-9 is still in the playoff hunt.

Week 12

1. Pittsburgh (10-1) - If anyone asked you at the beginning of the season Pittsburgh would be 10-1 after 11 games, and a rookie would be 9-0 as a starter they would have laughed in your face.

2. New England (10-1) - Maybe Walt was right about New England, the supposed "outstanding" Baltimore Ravens were raped by the Pats.

3. Philadelphia (10-1) - I wonder if they are ever going to lose the NFC East again.

4. Indianapolis (8-3) - Peyton Manning might have Dan Marino's touchdown record by next week.

5. Green Bay (7-4) - Congrats to Brett Favre on a great way to begin a new cycle in your streak.

6. Atlanta (9-2) - They didnt do anything to deserve to drop a spot, but I think Green Bay deserves to be in the Top Five.

7. San Diego (8-3) - It was just a matter of time before the Broncos would stumble, now with a win next week, the Super Chargers can have their division rapped up in their back pocket.

8. New York Jets (8-3) - I wish Quincy would have had more 2 sec. TDs like that when he worked for us.

9. Baltimore (7-4) - Dont put too much blame on Baltimore for last week remember who they were playing.

10. Minnesota (7-4) - So much for a meltdown.

11. Denver (7-4) - They may have just given up their playoff spot in the AFC. Isnt it weird how in one conference you can make the playoffs at 7-9, and in the other you might miss it if youre 11-5.

12. Seattle (6-5) - Unbeleivable. They really shouldnt lead the division, and if Mike Martz continues to lead the Rams the Seahawks will continue to stumble to NFC West titles.

13. Jacksonville (6-5) - I told you last week they were headed down the wrong path.

14. Cincinnati (5-6) - Hello! The Colts Offense only managed 13 points against the Browns last year and the Bengals managed 56, what happened?

15. Houston (5-6) - That comeback makes all the difference, but I still dont think they can stay in a match with New England, San Diego, Pittsburgh, Indy, the Jets, or Ravens.

16. Carolina (4-7) - Look out, it looks like the Cats are back.

17. Dallas (4-7) - I never thought they would be this high again, its not their fault that they are however it is because the league is that bad this year.

18. St. Louis (5-6) - Steven Jackson looks pretty good, but now Im quite happy with our decision to take Julius Jones.

19. New York Giants (5-6) - They kind of just layed over and died in the second half.

20. Tampa Bay (4-7) - Does this list of 4-7 NFC teams never end!!!!!!!!!!!!!

21. Chicago (4-7) - Guess not.

22. New Orleans (4-7) - I might as well just put the AFC power rankings and then at #17 just put "NFC (4-7)"

23. Arizona (4-7) - Does it never end?

24. Buffalo (5-6) - Youre pretty much out of contention, can you pretty please stop winning so the Cowboys can have a good draft day. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

25. Detroit (4-7) - Joey Harrington may be a bust, but with that supporting cast, Detroit still has a bright future. And so do I, there are no more NFC 4-7 teams.

26. Tennessee (4-7) - The Titans better step it up or they are going to lose the whole reason they have been in contention over the years, Steve McNair.

27. Oakland (4-7) - That was a pretty impressive win, but it still isnt good enough to bring Oakland out of the high 20s in my rankings.

28. Kansas City (3-8) - Kansas City is the third team knocked out of the playoffs!!!!? Youve got to be kidding me, Right!!!??? Wrong.

29. Cleveland (3-8) - Butch is a good guy, but when you give up 58 points, its time for you to go.

30. Miami (2-9) - Maybe Wanny should have waited until after the San Fransisco game, cause I knew they were going to win.

31. Washington (3-8) - I believe this is the Redskins all time low since Gibbs retired the first time in 1992.

32. San Fransisco (1-10) - They coudn't even beat Miami on their home field!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes that is how bad they are.

The Bills are 5-6, not 4-7. I think they should be ahead of the Seahawks.

Thank you for pointing that out. I edited it. But at the fact that the Bills are better if I was from that school of thought, Oakland would be ahead of Denver.

Yeah, but the Raiders were also slaughtered by Denver earlier this season. Oakland did not dominate Denver Sunday night. Buffalo DOMINATED the Seahawks at Seattle.

Everyone gets upset, though. True the Bills did dominate the Seahawks, but I cant put a team that is pretty much eliminated from the playoffs ahead of a team that is leading their division. Even though it is their fault that they lost twice to St. Louis, you have to give them credit for remaining at the top of their division. But I think that if Buffalo and Seattle were in the same division, Seattle would get a decisive win in Buffalo and still win the division. I still think that Seattle is better.

We're going to find out a lot about Seattle on Monday night. I don't see how they're going to win. They are a talented team but they look like the undead on the football field. They should have lost to Miami at home.

Believe it or not, the Bills have a shot at the playoffs. I was thinking about it. The only tough game they have left on their schedule is a home game against Pittsburgh. They need to finish ahead of the Ravens, who play at Indy and at Pittsburgh.

Okay heres this weeks

1. Pittsburgh (11-1) - Another challenger here this Sunday against the surging Jets.

2. Philadelphia (11-1) - Sorry Pat fans but they were too good to put below this.

3. New England (11-1) - Nothing against you, the Eagles were just amazing.

4. Indianapolis (9-3) - Upset Warning. Houston is great at home.

5. San Diego (9-3) - The Supa Chargers are a win and a Denver loss away from winning their division.

6. New York Jets (9-3) - It is too bad that the Jets who are better than any of the teams in the NFC other than the Eagles, are going to be a wildcard in the AFC.

7. Atlanta (9-3) - I really thought that they had it in them, aparently not.

8. Cincinnati (6-6) - Yes, theyre that good.

9. Baltimore (7-5) - That was ridiculous.

10. Denver (7-5) - The Life Support Broncos have to have the Chargers not win another game, becuase I know the Broncs are gonna lose at least one more.

11. Minnesota (7-5) - How could they blow us out then get blown out by the Bears, who we blew out. The NFL makes no sense.

12. Green Bay (7-5) - That was a disgraceful performance. Mike Sherman ought to be ashamed of himself for not preparing the Pack to do battle with the Eagles.

13. Jacksonville (6-6) - It was in their hands right there. The tie for the wildcard was there and what do they do, let Big Ben Roethlinsberger march the Steelers down with relative ease.

14. Dallas (5-7) - This is really exciting. We are on our way to a wildcard berth.

15. Carolina (5-7) - They are our biggest challenger.

16. St. Louis (6-6) - Mike Martz probably wants to kiss Bill Parcells (bad visual) for potentially saving him his job.

17. Buffalo (6-6) - Who would have thought that at the end of the season we will probably have a higher draft pick than them.

18. Tampa Bay (5-7) - Who would have known Tampa would be this effective against Michael Vick with John Lynch and Warren Sapp gone.

19. Detroit (5-7) - They have to finish better than us to make the playoffs, with a tougher schedule. In other words, theyre screwed.

20. Houston (5-7) - I will be rooting for them to clinch the greatest season in club history next week.

21. Chicago (5-7) - Same as Detroit.

22. Seattle (6-6) - Think Mike Homgren rode Brett Favre's coattails?

23. Arizona (4-8) - Dennis Green needs to think about the most important stat.
Josh McCown: 4-5
Everyone else: 0-3

24. New York Giants (5-7) - With that schedule, I see it difficult for Eli Manning to win one game in his first season.

25. New Orleans (4-8) - I couldnt be happier that we are playing them next week.

26. Tennessee (4-8) - Cudos to Jeff Fisher for having the balls for attempting three onside kicks and recovering them all.

27. Kansas City (4-8) - If you told me at the beginning of the season that Kansas City would beat Baltimore, Indianapolis, and Atlanta. I would tell you that they would be 14-2 then. But instead, the best they can do is .500.

28. Washington (4-8) - I hate the Redskins, and EVEN I feel sorry for Joe Gibbs, despite a great win last Sunday.

29. Oakland (4-8) - They suck balls, I dont think theyres much more to say.

30. Miami (2-10) - Miami will go 0-6 in their division. A feat not even San Fransisco was bad enough to accompolish.

31. Cleveland (3-9)- Check this out:

Week Six Power Rankings

Well, this is tough one. While the Steelers are not dominating the way they used to, they Eagles nearly lost to Washington, and the Patriots well.... the Patriots are still the Patriots, not necessarily dominating games, but winning them convincingly enough with the hardest schedule out of the three. Really tough, but I cant get past the fact that Pittsburgh dominated both of the other teams back to back weeks. So Steelers stay at #1.

1. Pittsburgh (12-1) - The Jets were a problem, but they still won and you cant argue against results.

2. New England (12-1) - Not even Corey Dillon looking down on his old team on Inside the NFL could motivate them to win. Thats impressive.

3. Philadelphia (12-1) - You know I hate the Redskins, and I was rooting for them against the Eagles. That is how much I hate the Eagles.

4. Indianapolis (10-3) - The Colts are running past the competition, and I am confident will run past the Chargers in two weeks.

5. San Diego (10-3) - This time last year those numbers were exactly flipped.

6. Atlanta (10-3) - All Atlanta can do is clinch a bye, rest their players, and pray that they wont have to play Tampa Bay in the play.

7. Carolina (6-7) - 5 weeks ago, the people on Monday Night Countdown were reviewing their Super Bowl picks. Stuart Scott picked Carolina to win it all. He commented "Im sticking with my pick. Carolina will win 6 straight be 9-7 and win the wildcard" Tom Jackson, Michael Irvin, and Ron Jaworski laughed at Stu who then said "Im joking, Im joking". Carolina is 3 games away from making Stuart Scott look like Nostradamus.

8. New York Jets (9-4) - The Jets should clinch a playoff berth next week.

9. Green Bay (8-5) - The Pack rebounded much better than I thought they would after that embarrasing blowout @ The Eagles.

10. Buffalo (7-6) - The sudden powerhouse Bills are favorites to make the playoffs.

11. Cincinnati (6-7) - They have to prove themselves next week. Win- They could very well make the playoffs because of the tiebreaker with Buffalo. Lose- Eliminated from playoff contention. You cant have much more on the line than that.

12. Baltimore (8-5) - It is a shame that the Ravens who let the Bengals beat them in their house will likely make the playoffs, while those same Bengals are in limbo.

13. Denver (8-5) - Broncos fans are probably hoping that Jake Plummer is suspended for the season, so he wont lead their team anymore.

14. Tampa Bay (5-8) - The Bucs have a shot at making the NFC Championship if they make the playoffs, and face Seattle then Atlanta.

15. St. Louis (6-7) - How can you sweep the other competing team in your division and still not win the division?

16. Houston (5-8) - The Texans have had a great run, and it is a shame that they are eliminated from the playoff hunt.

17. New Orleans (5-8) - They are totally bipolar. They will either show up as the Steelers or the Browns from week to week and you cant predict which one they will be.

18. Kansas City (5-8) - Is it not odd that the two best games in Monday Night Football history have been the past two weeks and in those weeks both winners are now 5-8?

19. Dallas (5-8) - This is the most embarrasment Ive faced as a Cowboys fan since we went 1-15 in 1989.

20. Seattle (7-6) - It is a shame that a team like them will make the playoffs while the Cowboys, Rams, and Bills who whooped them in their home will miss it.

21. Chicago (5-8) - Oh, starting to see why we cut Hutchinson now, huh? One good game, one bad one.

22. New York Giants (5-8) - Theyre not going to win another game. This will be the second consecutive year they hit a peek when they beat Minnesota and go down hill past that.

23. Minneosta (7-6) - The Cowboys only hope to make it now is them melting down. And with Mike Tice in meltdown mode, it seems to me we just might get it.

24. Jacksonville (7-6) - People are still raving about them. I say going from 6-3 to 7-6 is not something to be proud of.

25. Detroit (5-8) - As upset as I am, I think I would be more upset if I was a Lions fan.

26. Washington (4-9) - Redskins fans are wishing they still had Schottenheimer now probably.

27. Tennessee (4-9) - I told you that they would suck balls this year Walt.

28. Oakland (4-9) - I dont know why Norv Turner is such a bad head coach, he was an awesome assistant.

29. Miami (2-11) - This is the beginning of the really bad. Yes Miami is 4th worst that is how bad the league is this year.

30. San Fransisco (2-11) - Frisco will finish the season with two wins, and both against the Cardinals.

31. Arizona (4-9) - You have to be bad to be swept by the Niners.

32. Cleveland (3-10) - This is possbly the worst team I have ever seen.

Tom Brady suddenly turning into Tim Couch made my power rankings alot easier for me this week.

1. Pittsburgh (13-1) - It is now very clear that Pittsburgh will have homefield advantage. If they use the same formula to success in the AFC Championship as they did in the regular season against the Patriots (If they are playing the Patriots) the Steel Curtain is back in town.

2. Indianapolis (11-3) - If the Dolphins can beat the Patriots, Im sure the Colts can. Whether they can beat Pittsburgh or not will determine their destiny.

3. San Diego (11-3) - If CBS was smart the Colts/Chargers game next week would be on National Television.

4. Atlanta (11-3) - Roy just damn well did the Falcons a favor, who will now make the Super Bowl.

5. Philadelphia (13-1) - There goes the 'Super Bowl Berth' Walt was talking about. It is strange how one player can affect a team's destiny so much.

6. New England (12-2) - What is up with Tom Brady? He looked like Ryan Leaf in Tom Brady's body.

7. New York Jets (10-4) - With a win over Tim Couch's.... I mean Tom Brady's Patriots, the Jets will have a ton of momentum heading into the post season.

8. Jacksonville (8-6) - I didnt think they could do it. They proved me wrong.

9. Buffalo (8-6) - Bills have been 8-2 since their terrible start, that is amazing.

10. Carolina (6-8) - A 6-8 team should be eliminated from the playoff hunt, not in the PLAYOFFS!

11. Green Bay (8-6) - I will never forget this moment. I was in my hotel room and on Sports Center on their bottom line it showed this graphic "Packers lose to Jacksonville 28-25 at home" immediately after that it said "Packers clinch playoff berth" The NFC is so bad you can lose and improve your position.

12. Cincinnati (6-8) - I hate that they can't make the playoffs. Despite their back to back losses, they are an outstanding team.

13. Baltimore (8-6) - The Ravens dont deserve to make the playoffs. Letting the Bengals and Colts score at will against the greatest weapon on your team is very bad.

14. Minnesota (8-6) - I didnt think the Vikes had a win in Detroit in them, and they wouldnt have if it werent for Detroit's lousy holder.

15. New Orleans (6-8) - Oh when the Saints.... Come marchin' in...... Oh when the Saints come marchin in......... Its been a while since you have feared it when the Saints come marchin' in.

16. Seattle (7-7) - It is a shame that a team from the NFC West has to make the playoffs.

17. Kansas City (6-8) - Kansas City might have made the Super Bowl if they were in the NFC.

18. St. Louis (6-8) - I am happy that they are a loss and a Carolina win away from being eliminated. They suck.

19. Denver (8-6) - After Mike Shannahan's ridiculous philosophy of passing with Plummer so much blowing up in his face, I hope he realizes Jake is no snake.

20. Houston (6-8) - Cudos to the Texans for clinching the best season in team history.

21. Dallas (5-9) - We dont deserve to still be in the playoff hunt.

22. Detroit (5-9) - I dont know why Mariucci tried to console that holder. If I was the coach of the Lions I would cut his ass before the next game.

23. Chicago (5-9) - Despite the probability that they wont win another game, they still did better than I figured they would.

24. Miami (3-11) - Wow.

25. Washington (5-9) - I expect the Redskins to lose alot again next year, Patrick Ramsey has been named the starter for the 2005 season.

26. Tampa Bay (5-9) - I thought it was just us who could lose to the Saints. Now I see that they really are bipolar.

27. Oakland (4-10) - Hopefully Warren Sapp will end his overrated career at the end of the season.

28. Arizona (5-9) - 5-9, why can't they make the playoffs?

29. Tennessee (4-10) - I thought we were so good after we beat Kansas City and Tennessee in pre season. Combined they are 10-18 this season.

30. New York Giants (5-9) - Tony Kornheiser called it. The Giants havent won since they beat down Minnesota.

31. San Fransisco (2-12) - Dennis Erickson has only beaten one team this season. How does he keep his job?

32. Cleveland (3-11) - I finally see why we traded Antonio Bryant.

Here it is

1. Pittsburgh (14-1) - They will be home for the playoffs where they were 8-0 in the regular season.

2. Indianapolis (12-3) - Add comebacks to the list of things Peyton Manning is good at.

3. New England (13-2) - They continue to avoid disaster by winning decisevely after a loss.

4. San Diego (11-4) - They lost one game, big deal they are still an excellent team.

5. New York Jets (10-5) - They caught New England on a bad day. They will still make the playoffs, they dont need to worry about it.

6. Philadelphia (13-2) - No TO, no superbowl. It is as simple as that.

7. Green Bay (9-6) - How did they lose to Tennessee, New York, Jacksonville, and Chicago at home. If they would have won those games they would be 13-2, and have a bye.

8. Buffalo (9-6) - The Bills are 9-2 since their awful start. If they played this way all season long they would be fighting for Homefield Advantage, not the wildcard.

9. Atlanta (11-4) - I hate it that Jim Mora Jr put a friendship above his team, and if I was the owner I would fire him.

10. Carolina (7-8) - Carolina is one game away from making the playoffs. And with the way the Saints usually finish seasons, I say that they get it.

11. New Orleans (7-8) - They are playing really tough, noone can deny that.

12. Denver (9-6) - WOW! I can't believe that they actually are going to be in the playoffs.

13. Jacksonville (8-7) - Way to win in Green Bay, and lose to Houston at home, Jaguars.

14. Cincinnati (7-8) - With a few good draft choices, the Bengals may have Homefield Advantage this time next year.

15. Baltimore (8-7) - The Ravens must have the flu because they have choked.

16. Minnesota (8-7) - How can you have 3 straight plays that score touchdowns, and still lose the game.

17. Seattle (8-7) - Seahawks will make the playoffs! That almost makes me want to puke.

18. St. Louis (7-8) - They played a watered down Eagles team, but a win is a win.

19. Kansas City (7-8) - KC would make the playoffs if they were in the NFC.

20. Houston (7-8) - Teams who finish strong usually make the playoffs, so next season I look forward to watching the Texans in the playoffs.

21. Dallas (6-9) - I guess the Redskins just aren't meant to beat us.

22. Washington (5-10) - I think they should consider that a moral victory.

23. Detroit (6-9) - They have finally got back to the way they used to play.

24. Tampa Bay (5-10) - Chucky better pray that the Bucs owner doesnt treat him like he did Tony Dungy.

25. Arizona (5-10) - The Cards are already my sleeper team for the 2005 season.

26.  Miami (4-11) - Hot Dog, the fins have won two straight games.

27. Chicago (5-10) - Way to finish the season strong, Bears. NOT.

28. Oakland (5-10) - Norv Turner is a great guy and all, but he is not meant to be a Head Coach.

29. Tennessee (4-11) - If the Titans lose, they will have last year's win total exactly flipped.

30. New York Giants (5-10) - Nice effort, but way to give the game away on the closing moments of the game.

31. San Fransisco (2-13) - Worst. 49er. team. ever.

32. Cleveland (3-12) - The owner of the Saints said at one time that his team was worse than a High School team. If the Saints are worse than a High School team, than the Browns might lose one at the end to a Kids Inc. team.

Heres the last Powerrankings with everyone. Now I will only list the teams that were in the playoffs the last week.

1. Pittsburgh (15-1) - The Steelers 2nd stringers beat the hottest team in football's starters. Wow.

2. New England (14-2) - They have redeemed themselves the past two weeks.

3. Indianapolis (12-4) - Dont count that loss, it was a good loss. The Broncs are in a false sense of security.

4. San Diego (12-4) - The Chargers greatest test in the playoffs might be this week.

5. Philadelphia (13-3) - Eagles are going to get knocked out in the first round by the Rams.

6. Green Bay (10-6) - It doesnt matter if it is meaningless or not, the Bears and Packers always come to play when they are against each other.

7. Atlanta (11-5) - The Falcons are in the same place as the Eagles.

8. New York Jets (10-6) - Im not sure the Jets were trying their best against St. Louis, but if they were they need to start worrying.

9. New Orleans (8-8) - Maybe Aaron Brooks really is better than Jake Delhomme.........

10. St. Louis (8-8) - The Rams had a good effort against the Jets, but I still dont think they deserve the playoffs as much as New Orleans.

11. Denver (10-6) - If they think Indianapolis will play like that next week they are in for a big surprise.

12. Buffalo (9-7) - How can you give it up at the end of the season like that!

13. Carolina (7-9) - "

14. Jacksonville (9-7) - If they would have been able to beat the same Texans that lost to the Browns this week they would have made the playoffs. Way to go, Jaguars.

15. Cincinnati (8-8) - Next year expect to see the Bengals in late January.

16. Seattle (9-7) - Dont get too excited. The Rams will murder you in the first round.

17. Minnesota (8-8) - Thank the Saints, Rams. They saved your bacon and you returned the favor by knocking them out of the playoffs.

18. Kansas City (7-9) - Teams that finish strong do good the following year so expect the Chiefs to be back to playoff form next year.

19. Baltimore (9-7) - Ravens needed a miracle and they almost got it.

20. New York Giants (6-10) - Eli Manning gets his first career victory against the Cowboys. Thats not a good sign.

21. Dallas (6-10) - Im actually happy that we lost, higher draft choice, and it gives Bill and Jerry a wake up call that we need to go for the gold next year.

22. Washington (6-10) - Same as KC finish strong. Thats a good sign for them.

23. Arizona (6-10) - Denny Green may get it done in year 2 if he can find a quarterback.

24. Oakland (5-11) - Norv Turner is a great guy, he is not meant to be a head coach.

25.Tennessee (5-11) - The Titans will never be good again if Steve McNair truly is retiring.

26. Detroit (6-10) - If that rule about how you finish is true, then Mooch may have a quick exit in Mo Town.

27. Cleveland (4-12) - I guess comparing teams to High School and Kids Inc. make them play much better.

28. Houston (7-9) - I was thinking they would make the playoffs next year, but I stand corrected.

29. Miami (4-12) - Cedric Benson in the draft might bring the Dolphins back to glory next year.

30. Tampa Bay (5-11) - Next year expect even worse from the the Buccaneers.

31. Chicago (5-11) - Despite the weak finish, I think that next year they will be in the playoffs.

32. San Fransisco (2-14) - Please spare Matt Leinart. You will ruin his career like the Bucs ruined Vinny's.

Heres the first round of the playoffs.

1. Pittsburgh (15-1) - The Jets have assured you a berth against either the Colts or Patriots in the NFC Championship. Either way, you have a tough road ahead of this game.

2. Indianapolis (13-4) - What a phenomenon. I think they are a better team than New England. But if Peyton Manning freezes again, there is no chance of them winning.

3. New England (14-2) - Losing the Law is a crushing blow. And you better believe Peyton Manning will take advantage of Troy Brown.

4. St. Louis (9-8) - At the moment I am seriously seeing a Colts/Rams superbowl.

5. NY Jets (11-6) - I was counting on you for my Underdog Royale and you came through for me, way to go!

6. Philadelphia (11-5) - I guarantee you the Eagles are too rusty to take on the Vikings.

7. Minnesota (9-8) - Holy Hell. The Packers lose at home to the Vikings, who I am still saying shouldnt have even been in the playoffs. Amazing.

8. Atlanta (12-4) - Michael Vick has no affect on the game next week. It will be a shootout we all know that already, how the Falcons defense plays will determine if they win or lose.

9. San Diego (12-5) - What an embarrasment the team you played....
1) Had their running backs coach and head coach almost kill each other over who wasted a timeout.
2) On fourth and inches, jumped offsides giving you a first down.
3) Roughed your quarterback with the game won giving you a first and goal.
4) Had their defensive super star not play because he doesnt want to get injured for the next season with a different team.
5) Could have won the game in the Fourth Quarter on a field goal and decided not to because their kicker sucks.
And I could go on and on and on. How did you lose?

10. Green Bay (10-7) - This team was a disgrace to Vince Lombardi, Curly Lambeau, Bart Starr, and all Packers past.

11. Denver (10-7) - I am not too upset with you, its not like anyone expected any more from you.

12. Seattle (9-8) - Mike Patrick is a complete moron. There is no way that Mike Holmgren deserves another year. This team continues to underachieve.

Divisionals

1. New England (15-2) - Now I know why you never bet against the defending World's Champions.

2. Pittsburgh (16-1) - If they struggled with the Jets, its no telling how they will do against the champs.

3. Atlanta (12-5) - They are poised to give Philadelphia their fourth straight NFC Championship loss. What is their strength.... running the football. What is Philadelphia's weakness on defense..... stopping the run. You get the picture. 350 yards on the ground against the Rams, they should get about 800 against the Eagles.

4. New York Jets (11-7) - Chris Berman said it right, they lost, but you can expect great things from them in the future.

5. Philadelphia (14-3) - I think that was the first time in my life I was rooting for the Eagles, and they delivered.

6. Indianapolis (13-5) - Gotta give Walt his props. He was right, you cannot win the Super Bowl without a great defense.

7. Minnesota (9-9) - Another great Chris Berman comment "The 8-8 teams were a nice story in the first round, but now we see that they cant compete with the teams that really are the best."

8. St. Louis (9-9) - A few good offseason aquisitions and we could be seeing St. Louis in January again next year.

Conference Championships

1. New England (16-2) - Gotta give Walt his props, he knew this the entire time.

2. Pittsburgh (16-2) - 41 Points. 41 Points? How long has it been, 800 years since Pittsburgh gave up 40 points.

3. Philadelphia (15-3) - Congratulations, you are invited to be blown out by New England at the Super Bowl.

4. Atlanta (12-6) - Atlanta who? They dont even deserve to be on this list.

Here are my 2004 Final Power Ranings for every team.

1. New England (17-2) - If Bill Belichick wins it again next year without Weis and Crenell, this team is not ever going to lose.

2. Pittsburgh (16-2) - Pittsburgh's woes will end very soon if they can keep Bettis and Burress this offseason.

3. Philadelphia (15-4) - You put up one hell of a fight, I hate them, but I sincerely give my congratulations to them, they were right and I was wrong.

4. New York Jets (11-7) - You are my Super Bowl Pick for next year, if you can win the division over New England and have homefield advantage, you wont be stopped.

5. Indianapolis (13-5) - I am almost positive that they wont be here next season, if they lose Edgerrin James, they become one dimensional and teams like that never make it very far.

6. San Diego (12-5) - I almost feel sorry for them, work so hard to lose in the first round.

7. Atlanta Falcons (12-6) - Jim Mora Jr is a vastly overrated head coach.

8. Jacksonville (9-7) - They may have choked and missed the playoffs, but I am very confident that they will be playing in late January next year.

9. New Orleans (8-8) - Saints deserved to make the playoffs, and they will get their just deserves next season.

10. St. Louis (9-9) - The young Rams will be in a race with Arizona for the NFC West Crown, But if it comes down to coaching I would take Denny Green over Mike Martz any day.

11. Minnesota (9-9) - No win situation for the Vikings, trade Moss and there goes your best player, dont trade Moss and there is cancer in your team.

12. Denver (10-7) - I looked at their schedule and I think there is a very strong posibility that they could be 1-15 next season.

13. Green Bay (10-7) - If Brett Favre retires, the glory days are over.

14. Buffalo (9-7) - The little team that could will suffer in an even tougher division next year than they did this year.

15. Carolina (7-9) - As long as they cant beat Atlanta, they cant make the playoffs.

16. Cincinnati (8-8) - Alot of teams will overlook Cinci next year and be burnt for it, I know the Cowboys were.

17. Seattle (9-8) - They seriously may end up behind San Fransisco if they lose Matt Hasselbeck.

18. Kansas City (7-9) - Finishing strong always helps a teams confidence going into the next season.

19. Baltimore (8-8) - Baltimore will have to find a new QB if they want to go any where.

20. New York Giants (6-10) - Eli Manning's first win was against us..... Great.

21. Dallas (6-10) - Same as Baltimore.

22. Houston (7-9) - Future is bright in Houston.

23. Tennessee (5-11) - Tennessee's playoff run is over.

24. Detroit (6-10) - I am even more disappointed by them than they Cowboys.

25. Chicago (5-11) - Great shot at making the playoffs next season.

26. Washington (6-10) - See you in Nascar, Joe Gibbs!

27. Arizona (6-10) - Take away the 2 losses to the Niners and the Cards were .500 thats pretty good.

28. Oakland (5-11) - Warren Sapp and the Raiders were a match made in Heaven, theyre both losers.

29. Tampa Bay (5-11) - How far the champs have fallen.

30. Cleveland (5-11) - Romeo Crenell could seriously turn this team around.

31. Miami (4-12) - Jim Bates was good, but Nick Saban might be better.

32. San Fransisco (2-14) - I dont have much faith in Nollan the Niners had several better options.
