I keep hearing you say on your website that Tech lives and dies on the three, how can you say that? Yes we have the best 3 point percentage in the Big 12 and something like third best in the nation, but we absolutely do not live and die on the three. We take the least amount of threes in the Big 12 Conference. So we are a worse team because we make half of the very small amount of threes we shoot?
We were missing from beyond the arc all day against Oklahoma State and Oklahoma and we won and then almost won. We do not live and die on the three.
We do jump shoot alot, but Im saying that isnt the only thing we are capable of, we are also excellent on turnover percentage, free throws, layups, and playing as a team. And we have the best coach in college basketball, the only real things that hold us back are depth and dunks.
Texas Tech had an impressive run in the tournament. West Virginia was more impressive. It's hard to imagine that this team was frequently blown out in January.
