Yeah, we all know he broke the ACC record for career points, but the Redick that averages around 30 and 40 PPG is gone. He's scoring less points than what he used to early in the season.
Well, I watched the Temple game in its entirety. Temple was not allowing him to score at all. They ran a box-and-one, which means there was usually two people on him at all times. They were condeding the paint to the likes of Sheldon Williams, who had a monstrous game. That's exactly why Duke's in trouble. They don't have enough size. Georgetown, a big team, was able to use Temple's strategy to perfection. Connecticut will do the same thing.
He still scored 30 and had a big three-pointer, so I'm not going to blame him for the Florida State loss. I just don't think Duke is as good as everyone makes them out to be. They don't have much size besides Shelden Williams, and Greg Paulus is just not experienced enough to play point guard for a national championship contender.
