Heres my new conference predictions.....

ACC: Georgia Tech 11-2 (8-1)

In the ACC I have Clemson running away with the Atlantic Division with an 11-1 mark overall and a 7-1 record in the conference, their opponent is Georgia Tech who sneaks into the Championship game with an equal mark of 7-1 in conference but they lost to Clemson earlier in the season so the Tigers underestimate them. I see Georgia Tech shocking Clemson in the championship game to win the conference, however, with 2 losses to Notre Dame and Clemson earlier in the season they dont have much of a shot to go to the BCS Championship.

Big 12: Texas 12-1 (9-0)

I have not been a big fan of Texas coming into this season since they lost Vince Young, but I dont know who would win the Big 12 conference if not them. I picked Oklahoma until they got rid of Bomar, now I think that Texas has to be considered the favorite. I think that they lose that game to Ohio State early in the season but other than that they should breeze through a pretty easy schedule. I think that Nebraska comes out of the North with an 8-4 record overall and a 5-3 record in conference, but I really dont think that they would be able to hang with Texas in the Championship Game. I think the Longhorns go back to the BCS but because of what I predict to be a blowout loss to Ohio State, they wont have a chance to compete for a back-to-back title.

Big East: Louisville 12-0 (7-0)

I think that Louisville is going to surprise alot of people and go undefeated this year. They still have most of their people from last year there and they have West Virginia at home this year after barely losing to them on the road last year.

Big Ten: Ohio State 11-1 (7-1)

While I still think that Northwestern will contend for the Big Ten title, I dont think that they will be able to win it so now Im saying Ohio State. However, Ohio State is a flawed team and they will not come out of that conference without a loss, preventing them from going to the Championship game.

Independent: Notre Dame (12-0)

We've already talked about Notre Dame. They should be able to go undefeated, and they will be one of the teams in the Championship Game.

PAC 10: USC 10-2 (9-0)

I think that Trojans are going to breeze through the PAC 10 once again, but a tough out of conference schedule will prevent them from going to the Championship game again.

SEC: South Carolina 11-2 (8-1)

The SEC is going to be a very interesting conference this year. Auburn is a very good team and I think that they are only going to lose two games this season, both to Spurrier's Game****s who barely win their division over the Gators because of Florida suffering two conference losses. South Carolina's SEC Championship is a credit to Spurrier, but they'll have to wait a year or two to actually compete for a Championship.

The rest

Conference USA: Central Florida 12-1 (9-0)
MAC: Akron 10-3 (8-1)
Mountain West: TCU 12-0 (8-0)
Sun Belt: Louisiana-Lafayette 9-4 (6-1)
WAC: Boise State 10-2 (7-1)

National Championship

Notre Dame v.s. Louisville: 49-24 Notre Dame
