My vote goes to Clemson vs Boston College. Who would of known that Clemson's PAT would of been blocked! What a heart breaker. Also, the Iowa vs Syracuse game was also a nail bitter.
Yeah, it would have been a shame if Iowa lost, considering it didn't have Drew Tate. That would have been similar to last year's Bulldogs squad, who lost without D.J. Shockley.
I can't believe that Clemson lost to Boston College. Tommy Bowden seems to have a nack for losing games he shouldn't. The Tigers could have taken a huge step towards winning the ACC had they won that game. Now they get a huge challenge from Tommy's dad and the Seminoles.
Speaking of FSU, how bad did they look against Troy? I can't believe that they didn't fall drastically in the polls.
Even without Drew Tate, I was still surprised that Iowa almost lost to a terrible Syracuse team.
Jason Manson was just awful for Iowa. Incomplete, incomplete, incomplete, punt.
Florida State was brutal. I didn't have them that high in my poll to begin with because I thought both the Seminoles and the Hurricanes were overrated.
I agree that the 'Noles and the 'Canes are overrated. The ACC is a shell of itself.
On a side note, Mark May must have his tail between his legs for going on and on about the FSU offense that was shut out by Troy in the first half. He's the Joe Theismann of college sports. He also lets his blatant hate of Notre Dame get in the way of his journalism.
I don't see how anyone could like Florida State's offense. Drew Weatherford is terrible, and that offensive line stinks. I'm also not a big fan of Mark May.
