The Dolphins have looked just awful in the first 3 weeks of the season but despite the way they've played early on this season their defense has been pretty solid, meanwhile their inept offense is taking on a defense that allows an average of 34 points per game. The Dolphins should get enough points to win and they will find themselves at .500 suddenly. Dolphins 19, Texans 7
New Orleans @ Carolina
The Saints are a team on a mission this year while Carolina is a team that is not near as good as they thought they were going into this season. On top of that the Panthers, oddly enough, have trouble beating the Saints when the game is on their field. The Saints have won 5 out of their last 6 games in Carolina. Saints 27, Panthers 13
Minnesota @ Buffalo
What's up with the Bills? Outplay the Patriots in New England, beat the Dolphins down in Miami and then lose to the Jets at home? This team is becoming impossible to predict. Anyway, the Vikings appear to be a playoff team which is more than I can say for Buffalo at this point. The Vikings should win. Vikings 27, Bills 13
San Diego @ Baltimore
This should be a really good game. It is between two really good undefeated teams. Baltimore has been less than impressive in their previous two games in which they beat Oakland just 28-6 and then won a game they shouldn't have in Cleveland 15-14. In my own oppinion, they were probably looking ahead to this game. I think when you look at the matchups you will see that Baltimore is the better team. All of San Diego's offense relies on LaDanian Tomlinson, who will have to go against a great Ravens defense in this game. Meanwhile, while the Chargers have a rookie quarterback, Baltimore has Steve McNair. I think this game is a tight defensive game that the Ravens end up winning. Ravens 23, Chargers 16
Arizona @ Atlanta
The Cardinals are done. With Matt Leinart they would be an otherwise talented team that would have to struggle with a rookie quarterback. With Kurt Warner, they're an otherwise talented team that will suffer with an over-the-hill quarterback who fumbles more times than he throws touchdowns. Atlanta will rebound nicely after being blown away against the Saints. Falcons 37, Cardinals 6
Dallas @ Tennessee
With or without TO, we should be able to dominate Tennessee. We are a Super Bowl caliber team and its about time we start showing it. Cowboys 31, Titans 10
Indianapolis @ NY Jets
I actually think this game will be more respectable than people anticipate. The Jets have looked pretty good thus far and the Colts easily could have lost 2 of the 3 games they've won. With that said, I think the Colts will win. Colts 24, Jets 16
San Francisco @ Kansas City
This game won't even be close. The Chiefs cannot afford to start 0-3 and they are facing a depressed 49ers team after faring no better against Philly than they did last year. The Chiefs win big. Chiefs 38, 49ers 10
Detroit @ St. Louis
Its Mike Martz returning to his old hunting grounds, you better believe he saved his best gameplan of the year for this one. The Lions offense has been non existant this year so far under Martz, but I think they have a shot to finally come out in this one. On top of that, they are really needing their first victory in the Rod Marinelli era. The Rams are not as good as people think they are and they get shocked in this one. Lions 27, Rams 24 (OT)
Jacksonville @ Washington
This is a huge game for both teams. If the Redskins win, they are right back in the hunt at .500, conversely, if the Jaguars lose they fall to .500 and 2 games behind the Colts after starting 2-0. They certaintly haven't done much to prove it, but I still think that the Redskins are still a good team. This game should be another tight one and I think it will go into overtime where the home team wins. Redskins 26, Jaguars 23 (OT)
Cleveland @ Oakland
A story of two winless teams, one that has been competitive in all its games, the other that has scored a grand total of 6 points so far this season. Granted, the Raiders did have their bye last week but they probably wouldn't have scored much more than their average of 3 points even if they had played the worst High School team in California this week. Both teams are bad, but Oakland is much worse. Browns 27, Raiders 3
New England @ Cincinnati
The Pats are not very good this year. After barely beating the Bills in Week 1 and coming close to giving up their 24-0 lead over New york the week after that, they followed that performance up by losing to the Broncos at home. Meanwhile, the Bengals are widely considered the greatest team in football this year. This decision isn't too hard for me. Bengals 48, Patriots 13
Seattle @ Chicago
Shaun Alexander may or not play, but even if he is, will he be that big of a factor? Last year's rushing champion and league MVP has a grand total of 187 yards rushing so far this season. While the Seahawks' offense has been surprisingly bad this year, Chicago's offense has been surprisingly good. The Bears win the game that may make their season. Bears 24, Seahawks 14
Green Bay @ Philadelphia
After 3 weeks of great Monday Night matchups, ESPN makes up for it with this stinker of a game. The Eagles look to be playoff-bound this year while the Packers are horrible. Green Bay doesn't really need a win, they claimed their first victory already last week with a win over Detroit, so there is no real urgency for the Pack to win this game. Philly wins in a rout. Eagles 47, Packers 17
I already talked about the Panthers/Saints in the other thread...
Texans will beat the Dolphins. Daunte Culpepper stinks. He couldn't do anything against Tennessee at home; how will he beat the Texans on the road? And by the way, David Carr is really lighting it up. It's a shame he doesn't have Reggie Bush at his side.
I see Joey hasn't changed from his biased ways. Lol, at this kid referring to the Cowboys as "we". Joey, this may hurt, but the Cowboys don't give two ****s about you!
I've never claimed to be unbiased, I really don't know where you're going with this rant.
David Carr's been impressive but he won't be able to do much against Miami's defense, as I said earlier they've been really good despite their offense playing horrible. Miami won ugly against the Titans but I think it was enough to get them back on track.
