You think so? I was talking to my neighbor about this, and he thinks this could be another Jerome Bettis situation.

Yeah. If the Giants play inspired football on Sunday and beat us we could be in deep ****. Our next 3 games are all on the road and not a one of them will be easy.

Yeah, especially considering the Panthers are coming off a loss, and the Redskins will be in a do-or-die situation. It could get really ugly for Dallas if it loses tonight.

Actually, I have us winning every game up to Indianapolis now. I think we beat New York tonight, win in Carolina next week, in Washington and then in Arizona. It's a must-win for us tonight and we'll come through. Then we have the Panthers, that'll be a tough game but if we could beat them last year I think we can beat them again this year. Redskins are done and we'll win going away. Arizona proved just how bad they are when they lost to the Raiders last week. We'll win the next 4.

Why did you think the Giants game was a must-win? It definitely wasn't; 3-2 is not a must-win situation.

What are your projects now regarding the Cowboys schedule?

It was a must-win because it was a divisional home game before 3 straight games on the road with the first one almost definetly being a loss. But, keep in mind, Romo's going to do nothing but get better so I actually feel better about our long term chances now. I think we lose to Carolina next week to drop to 3-4 before winning in D.C and Arizona to get up to 5-4. Then we have the Colts at home and that game will tell us a lot.

You guys won't beat the Colts in a Boomerang Game.

I disagree; it wasn't a must-win. Most football players aren't bright, so they don't look at it that way. A must-win means: Win or your playoff hopes are over. The Cowboys still have playoff hopes despite losing.

Do you still think we're going to make the playoffs? I do.

It depends on how well Tony Romo plays. The playoffs aren't out of the question, but you need to win two out of the next four games.

I like us to win 2, maybe 3 of the next 4.

Forget 3 of 4, I dont think that we're going to lose another game this season. 13-3 and a first round bye. The NFC Championship Game between us and Chicago should be good.

C'mon, there's no way you're going undefeated. The Colts will beat you guys, and I think the Redskins even have a chance.

No way we go undefeated? We just beat Carolina by 21 points in Carolina. I think you're sorely underestimating us. The Colts will have problems going up against our defense and our offense has a life again as well. That will be our game of the year too so we'll be ready. The Redskins have no chance.

I think you're overreacting to one game. The Panthers are better on the road, then at home. Plus, the Redskins need to win this game to stay alive. And I don't think you guys have a shot at the Colts.

It's not at the Colts, the game's in Dallas.

The point is, we were pronounced dead and we came back to a blowout victory against one of the most talented teams in the NFL and a team that was supposed to be poised to finally get their season going. That game was huge for us and this coming week, the Redskins may keep it close for a little while but we aren't going to lose after that game last week. Then we have the lowely Cardinals. Easy W. We come home to face the Colts at home in a game that will tell America whether we'll for real or not. We might lose but I have us winning. Bucs on Turkey Day is an easy win, we'll get revenge in New York and then after that we dont have any other really tough games besides a game in Atlanta. I think we have a great shot to win out.

Regardless of where the Colts game is, I don't think you guys will win. You'll be coming off a three-game road trip in a dreaded boomerang situation, which is always tough to win in.

You're talkng about revenge vs. the Giants. What about the fact that the Redskins have revenge on you guys? This game is do-or-die for Washington.

The Redskins are much worse than we are and we have momentum on our side going into this game which Washington does not have. When we play the Giants, I have us on a roll of winning 5 straight games and we are about even on how good the two teams are. We win this week and we win in New York, in fact, I am more confident that we'll win in New York than I am that we'll win this week. Im not saying this week will be easy, Im just saying that we'll win. The Giants game won't be easy either but c'mon, do you think we'll let the Giants sweep us?

I never said the Giants would sweep you guys. I'm still debating on the outcome of that one.

I'm not too high on momentum. You see plenty of teams that win big, and then let down the following week. The Washington game could be a let down because it's do-or-die for the Redskins.

You might be right. We had tons of momentum going into the Philly game and it didn't seem to mean much. I think it'll be a four quarter game with the Redskins but we wont lose.

Santana Moss is out. Big injury. I'm not too sold on the Redskins now, although I'd still pick them if I had a gun to my head.
