I still can't believe the Jets beat the Patriots. Eric Mangini did a phenomenal job preparing his team. It looks like your team has a very bright future.
Now every time a team upsets another team, I think its fixed since you guys were talking about fixed games. How would they be able to fix games anyways? Do they just tell the coaches to call bad games, or the players? Why would they even stand for that? Wouldn't somebody speak out?
I'm not sure if every game is fixed like you said, but I believe there are 5-6 fixed games every year.
Either the mafia or powerful people in Vegas would pay off a coach/quarterback/etc. a lot of money to throw a game, or to shave points. All of the money keeps the person quiet.
Like my dad always says, "[Player So and So] made a lot of money on this game today."
