You should try taking money-line underdogs -- I think you can make some money that way.

I took Heat, Pistons and Celtics moneylines last night, went 2-1. That turned out to be 2.4 Units of profit because both the Heat and Pistons were +170

One thing I never did was money line. Do not know how that works. I always did parlay in my 10 years or more like 20 years, I did striaght up bets alot with a bookie I knew and didn't do well I would be up some weeks and down most of the time. Money-lines could make me money in the long on Parlay's only. I did half lines today. on these teams.


Purdue +1


SF -6.5


Wic -1/2


GT -7.5


WV -10.5


Minn Pick


Clemson -10


 


I knew now never to take -10 at half time any more. Looks like i'm going to lost it.

Purdue +1  = 14 -16  lost



SF -6.5 = 13 - 3 Won



Wic -1/2 =  17 - 14 Won



GT -7.5=   7 - 0 Lost by .5



WV -10.5   21 - 3 won


Minn Pick= 17 - 9 Won



Clemson -10 = 7 - 0  Lost


will one more i got going is a 10 parlay hope i win that one.

The Money Line:

Let's say the 49ers are +210 this week.

If you put $10 on the 49ers, and they lose, you just lose your $10 -- no juice involved.

But if you win, you win $10 * 2.10 = $21.00

If a team is +350 and they win, it's Whatever you bet * 3.50 and so on.

I guess you can say the money line is like a parlay, since the odds are actually in your favor. I know a lot of people who make $ just betting on money-line underdogs.

I'm a bit late with KC and ATL, but they lost. I actually had Miami as a Money Pick, and I took the Browns +8.5 on my site.

I have looks at teh money line with 5 teams and I really diden't like it that much. way less money to win.
